Many participants of "Super Star K"s Red Carpet Event that commenced under the chairmanship of An Hae Kyung on the 25th at 2:30 pm, starting with Jung Seul Gi, Oh Sae Young, the Rising Ladies Team, of which visually impared Kim Kook Hwan is a member, the Crazy Boys, the Moongshil Sisters, as well as many more who stole the eyes of many with their familar faces, have all now become a popular topic on the net.

Despite the legal case that is involving the three members of TVXQ Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu against SM Entertainment, TVXQ’s popularity in Japan still remains.

TVXQ (known as Tohoshinki in Japan) on September 23th released a digital single in Japan, a CM song entitled “Endlessly Sweet” through Japan music site mu-mo, and the single was simultaneously raising at #1 place in mumo chart and Japan iTunes as the most download song that day. Solo project song by Micky Yoochun and Hero Jaejoong, “Been So Long” was ranked high as well at 4th, reflecting the popularity of Tohoshinki.

One official from SM Entertainment stated, “DBSK has become Japan’s candy “Pinky” advertising model for this current season and “Endlessly Sweet” is the song that is used as the ad’s background music. The digital single was released on the 23th in Japan.”

DBSK Out And 2PM Confirmed For Dream Concert Tuesday September 29, 2009 Korea

It was announced that there would be many big stars attending the 2009 Dream Concert, but it seems some won't be able to make it; specifically fan favorites DBSK/TVXQ/Tohoshinki and 2PM.

It should be obvious as to why these two groups will not be attending. DBSK, with their pending lawsuit, said that they would have difficulty performing, and are officially missing the concert.

2PM on the other hand had been 50:50 all this while. With the recent scandal and their leader Jay Park (Jaebeom) leaving the group, fans have been mighty crazy and have shown that they are determined to boycott all 2PM events. But a JYPE representative confirmed on the 10th that all six members of 2PM will go ahead withperforming since the schedule had been decided a long time ago.

It seems that while fans really want to see DBSK at the concert to the point where many prayed intensely in public, there's little or almost none of that support fromfans of 2PM who do not want to see just 6 of them performing.

Dong Bang Shin Ki Denies 'Drama Rumours' Tuesday September 29, 2009 Korea

Recently, the three members of Dong Bang Shin Ki (Hero JaeJoong, Micky YooChun and Xiah JunSu), who were involved in a lawsuit against their company, have

once again emphasized that their intention is only to resolve their contract problem, and not to ?disband?.

On the 25th of September, they stated through an interview with a newspaper that they were not aware of any drama plans. They also said that they will look into this

issue, as they do not know what exactly happened, and even their managers were not notified of this, too.

On the other hand, Dong Bang Shin Ki?s Hero JaeJoong, Micky YooChun and Xiah JunSu had filed a lawsuit against their agency company SM Entertainment, andhad also successfully submitted the request for the evidence of their past earnings? history and receipts.

Reason For Delaying Filming Of Paradise Pastures Thursday August 27, 2009 Korea

A member of the group TVXQ, Choikang Changmin, is going through an acting course which is why the shooting of the drama "Paradise Pasture" is being delayed. Although recently, TVXQ's company and 3 members of the group is involved in a lawsuit, but during that period, they emphasized that "the lawsuit and an a member's individual activities will not stop" and they have been preparing for other activities.

Recently, after ending their performance in Japan, Choikang Changmin returned to Korea. He received a very strict one-to-one acting course on days where he doesn't have to perform. Despite his busy schedule of travelling from Japan and Korea, he has not stop practicing his script and so long as there is time after the activity ends, he will not let go of it.

Choikang Changmin recently expressed that "there has been a series of things happening recently and I, indeed, feel a very huge responsibility. I only want to perform well in this acting challenge, that seems to be like a dream." and "When we are travelling to and fro from Japan and Korea, so long as there is free time, I will accept advises on acting. To me, acting is a new field and I am also looking forward to it and will have ample preparation."

Samhwa Networks and SM Entertainment collaborated for the filming of "Paradise Pastrues" and is planned to be released this year. In this light story and beautiful music to accompany the matured theme drama, Choikang Changmin will show everyone an unexpected and innocent but romantic acting. The first day of filming will be in early next month.

Choikang Changmin of TVXQ, who will be acting (in a drama) for the first time, recently ended his activities in Japan and has returned to Korea. As no other activities have been planned, he's fully concentrating on his upcoming debut as an actor.

idol group Tohoshinki members JEJUNG and YUCHUN has been performing as a duo for a limited period! On September 30th they will release a single titled ‘COLORS～Melody and Harmony/Shelter’! The two composed and arranged the songs themselves. The songs feature simple yet beautiful harmonies that will be easy for fans to remember and sing along. A Japanese women’s magazine interviewed the two artists!

――Do you have any advice on how to sing the songs harmoniously in karaoke?

“Tohoshinki songs should be easier for women to sing. When trying to sing in harmony one person just has to sing two keys lower than the main vocals.” (JEJUNG)

“Heading to the Ground” is in a Tough Battle Viewership as Ratings Fall Below 5% Again

On the morning of September 25th, Beijing time, according to South Korean media reports that MBC TV drama Heading to the Ground”’s rating are in a bitter struggle. In between the 17th and 23rd of September, the ratings were recorded more than 5 %. However, during the late 24th of September, the drama’s ratings have yet again reached below 5 %.

South Korea’s ratings, according to research firm AGB Nielsen Company released on the morning of the 25th, statistics show that after the 24th’s brodacast of “Heading to the Ground,” the ratings have once again dropped back down again.

“Heading to the Ground” is a drama which Jung Yunho of TVXQ stars in, and has become a popular topic. However, after the drama has begun broadcasting, there has not been much improvement in ratings, with ratings hovering around 4-5 %.

Yunho fans bribe media outlets with food

In celebration of TVXQ Yunho's casting in the upcoming MBC drama, "Heading to the Ground",10 media outlets received visits from 3 members (2 of which were 23 years old and one was 30) of Yunho's fanclub, "With Yunho," yesterday, Korea time. They brought along with them 3 watermelons, cookies, rice cakes and drinks in order to bribe the media to support Yunho.

"Since this is Yunho's first challenge in acting, for this drama, we would like the media to support him in this venture. We want things to go well for Yunho more than anything," they commented.

Thanks to Jung Yunho’s group, there’s awakening awareness towards the drama.”

“Already living in Seoul for 10 years of mature experiences, we talk a lot to each other and feel kinship between us. He’s a friend who knows the hardship and fun of life, I feel thankful to have a chance to produce drama with this kind of friend.”

As an idol and TVXQ member, no matter (staffs) trying to hide about the shooting scene, everything will come out to public in the end. At every shooting spots, there are always more than 100 fans gathering. Regarding this, PD Lee Dae-hee responded, “Yunho’s fans on the shooting sites are very nice and obedient to our rules. To the recording itself, they’re not threatening at all.”

Yunho ever mentioned to PD Park Sung-soo that once he was homeless in Seoul. “Going alone from Gwangju to Seoul, I believe he had been suffering a lot of troubles. Being homeless, and had a hard job as well.” he said. Then he explained about the character Cha Bon-gun “He (Bong-gun) also already passed close to death experiences several times in his life such as falling from 4th floor of a church, yet never once gave up, in this term, they seems to have a lot of alikeness.”

The PD continued about the plan of his drama, “I’d like to create a drama where audiences can make a new interpretation about popular sympathy towards one human being.”

“Heading To The Ground”, about a player named Cha Bong-gun who can’t help but quit his football after his club was closed down, but after he meets the passionate agent Kang Hae-bin (Go Ara), he starts to draws his football back.

Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu Seeking Escape Route? Friday September 25, 2009 Korea

It was reported recently that the DBSK trio of Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu, currently embroiled in a lawsuit against SM Entertainment, have been meeting frequently with tv drama production companies, leading many to speculate about their future plans.

According to sources, since the lawsuit was filed, not only has the DBSK trio been seen in frequent discussions with other entertainment companies, they have also been seeking out suitable properties to act as their new offices, further confirming their desire to split with SM Entertainment.

Many speculate that the DBSK trio are seeking to find an escape route through acting in tv dramas. The trio have time and again stressed that they only want to void their contract with SM but without DBSK disbanding. Even if they win the lawsuit against SM, they wouldn't be able to release an album since Yunho and Changmin did not participate in it. So dramas would be their best alternative.

Despite the being advised that they should solve their differences outside of the court, SM Entertainment and the DBSK trio have been unable to come to a conpromise with each other. The courts will be ruling on the case very soon.

TVXQ Not Afraid of ‘Disbanding’ Rumours

The leader of Korean idol groups TVXQ, while in the midst of a lawsuit with their company SM Entertainment, still decided to hold their 3rd Asia Tour Concert in Shanghai on the 2nd of October, to show their united charm as five.

Even though the three members are still having the lawsuit with regards to the contract with their company, they have stated, “For the sake of all the fans that have always supported us, we are definitely going to give a complete and flawless performance to repay everyone!”

The concert is estimated to cost 88.5 billion won, which includes all stage equipment, stage tools, sound system, lighting, and flying in from Korea to China. China will sponsor the giant LED screen as background, making sure that the performance can be seen from every corner, to provide the best stage effects.

Recently, Jaejoong and Yoochun are both busy with their new single promotion COLORS ~Melody and Harmony~, which is set to be aired on TV on the 23rd of September and to be officially released on the 30th of September.

TVXQ Will Not Attend This Year’s China-South Korea Music Festival

The name list for this year’s China-South Korea Music Festival has been confirmed, and after 13 amendments, TVXQ’s name has been taken off the list.

The participants from South Korea include: Super Junior-M, SS501, Lee Jung Hyun, Jewelry, RYAN, YEOUL, Kan Mi Yeon, Koo Jun Yup, f(x).

Initially, the China’s broadcasting station extended invitations to TVXQ, but they were eventually rejected.

Jaejoong and Micky to appear on Music Fair

TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki's "COLORS" combo of Jaejoong and Micky Yoochun will be on Music Fair this Saturday, September 26th. Music Fair airs on Fuji TV and is the longest running Japanese Music Show, first airing in August 1964. They're scheduled to collaborate with Fumiya Fujii and perform "True Love" on the program. They're also going to perform two additional songs, most likely "Colors" and "Shelter" from their upcoming album.

District Court Rejected SM’s Preservation of Evidence Cancellation Request

SM Entertainment (hereafter SM) filed a request to the court to cancel the submission of “preservation of evidence” application as being requested by TVXQ members Hero Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun, and Xiah Junsu, however, the request was rejected.

One of the litigants through a phone call with Money Star News on the 23rd said, “On last 18th, the court rejected SM’s cancellation request of evidence preservation. Claimant side’s, the three TVXQ members, preservation of evidence application is still up and will receive document submission related to earnings from SM.”

The Seoul Central District Court prosecutor explained the reason of the rejection, “The fact which has been drawn up is about legal relationship between the artists and their agency company, and in compliance with law of civil procedure article 2 section 344, the document holder side couldn’t refuse to submit the documents that become object of document submission order assertion from the complainants.”

On August 5th, Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu side submitted a preservation of evidence to the court to calculate the real income distribution of all TVXQ activities from SM Entertainment. The preservation of evidences demanded including accounting books, contracts, receipts, journals, and any relevant documents related to the income distribution calculation.

With the court rejection, seems that the document release by SM is now inevitable.

Currently both sides of SM and 3 TVXQ members has been waiting for the court decision after the first hearing on 21st last month.
